Born in the Dominican Republic and brought to the United States at 2 months old, I learned the values of hard work from my parents. My dad, who transitioned from a yellow taxicab driver to a finance and sales manager at Ira Toyota, and my mom, who started in a sweatshop and cleaning apartments before opening her own daycare, instilled in me a commitment to hard work and excellence. Early in my career, I served as a credit analyst for a company working with mobile telephone carriers. In 2005, I joined United Northern Mortgage Bankers as a Loan Officer, honing my skills in evaluating buyers; financials and creditworthiness. This experience proved invaluable when reviewing offers for clients selling their properties. After 4 ½ years in mortgage banking, I ventured into real estate sales with one of Manhattan's largest firms. Building an impressive portfolio of exclusive landlord representations, I concurrently managed a 16-unit building in Hell’s Kitchen, enhancing my expertise in property valuation and investor relations. Since 2019, my sole focus has been on assisting sellers in maximizing the return on quite possibly, their largest investment.
